It is believed that a dip in this pond cures a person from ailments and brings good health. People come at Falgun Mela from various places here and assume sacred after taking bath. People take water from here which they use to remove several diseases.</p>
<h3><strong>&nbsp;श्याम&nbsp;कुंड</strong></h3>
<p>यह मंदिर के पास का पवित्र तालाब है जहाँ से शीश (सिर) को निकाला गया था। ऐसा माना जाता है कि इस तालाब में डुबकी लगाने से व्यक्ति बीमारियाँ दूर करता है और अच्छी सेहत लाता है। लोग यहां विभिन्न स्थानों से फाल्गुन मेला में आते हैं और स्नान करने के बाद पवित्र मानते हैं। लोग यहां से पानी लेते हैं जिसका उपयोग वे कई बीमारियों को दूर करने के लिए करते हैं।</p>
